The aim of Salon and Spa Management online diploma level 4 is to equip Candidates with the necessary knowledge and skills to manage a Spa or Salon environment effectively, be it for hairdressing, beauty, holistic, sports or spa therapies.
The qualification consists of five mandatory units.
Management of health, safety and security in the salon
Salon Management
Sales management in the hair and beauty sector
Public relations (PR) in the hair and beauty sector
Marketing in the hair and beauty sector
The Salon and Spa Management online diploma level 4 course is now all online, with full support from the faculty
Each lesson is on one assignment with additional handouts and supporting documents.
Assignments
During the creation of the assignments, you are advised to share the start of your assignment with your educators to ensure that you are on the right track. You can ask them for advise continually throughout the course.
Please remember this is a level 4 management course and as such the assignments need to be all your own creation and to the same standard as a manager would produce a management report.
The conclusion of the course you would have created a detailed and comprehensive operations manual for a spa or salon.
