What is included in this program?

Facial services award provides essential skills to analyze your client's skin type and conditions and learn which types of products are suitable for different skin types and conditions.

This Facial Services Award is suitable for anyone wanting to get a taste of how professional training is, provides you with a certificate and is also excellent for the existing therapist to have a refresher of professional standards, ideal for both new therapists; and existing beauty therapists looking to complete additional or refresher training.

Our facial training can be taken with either CIBTAC or ITEC qualifications.  This is the foundation for all beauty therapist.  A key aspect of this facial services award, is learning about the clients type of skin conditions, skin types and which products are suitable.

Product Training 

Dermalogica basic training is part of the program, and students will receive a certificate of attendance.  Further Dermalogica training is available for facial services award training.

Theory and Practical classes

The program consists of theory and practical hands on training.  Students have access to our online portal where all lessons, both theory and practical are available.  The online platform, is especially helpful when it is exam times.

Hands on practice n this facial services award, is initially with fellow students.  Later we provide practice clients for students to become familiar with live clients. 

Exams

To complete the program, all case studies are submitted online as a portfolio for marking and submission to the external examiner.
