Salon Etiquette - health and safety and customer care

This course is aimed at managers, therapists and anyone responsible for health and safety of clients, staff and health and hygiene to meet all regulations, ensuring a safe and healthy working environment.

This course also covers basic client and customer service.

All work environments present potential risks and hazards to the individuals who use the space and the clients and customers who also visit your premises.

Legislation concerning health and safety and employment conditions need to be in compliance, this is covered in this course as according to the regulations of the UAE, we also cover UK regulations.  This includes training all personnel and providing them with the knowledge and tolls or equipment to enable them to comply with their commitment to a safe working practice.

Customer care in the workplace is included in the health and safety, this course aims to also train the individuals responsible for client and customer communication, how to be professional, friendly with an aim to client retention and upselling of services and products.

Salon etiquette covers the essentials for a professional and successful business.

Who should attend?

Managers, therapists, receptionists everyone who is involved in training and the success of a business and who has contact with clients and customers either by phone or in person.

This is a short course, one day or two half mornings
