CIBTAC Level 4 - Spa management Diploma

   

ideally to attend this management course, the candidate will already have qualifications and experience in spa or salon therapies and have been working in the beauty or complementary industry for a minimum of 2 years.  This is however not the case for many spa managers. 

We would like to offer this training to existing spa managers in the industry, we would like to come and meet you to discuss your training, together with your therapists training.

The aim of the Diploma in Salon Management is to equip Candidates with the necessary knowledge and skills to enable them to manage a Spa or Salon environment effectively. 

Mandatory modules

  • Management of health, safety and security in the Salon
  • Salon management
  • Sales management in the hair and beauty sector
  • PR in the hair and beauty sector
  • Marketing in the hair and beauty sector

This training program consists of assignments working on a Business plan, signature therapies, staff training reports all which will need to be presented to the examiner, in a portfolio

This is an 8 week training program and requires class attendance and work in your own time.
