The aim of the CIBTAC Level 2 Award in Facial Skincare is to provide Learners with the necessary basic knowledge and skills to base their skin treatments on and as a starting block for further study within the specialised area of facial therapy.
This is an ideal course for any therapist who wishes to add more scope to professional qualifications or as an introduction to the required practical skills for anyone wishing to pursue a career in the more specialised field of facial skincare therapy.
The qualification consists of two mandatory units

Provide Facial skin care
Dermalogica Product training
Exam process Theory: Multiple choice examination paper Examiner instructions: 10 minutes Examination duration: 45 minutes Practical: Examiner instructions: 10 minutes Examination duration: 1 hour and 5 minutes
