Rescue Remedy Bach Flower 10ml

Dr Bach created the rescue remedy for situations where the person or animal is in need of being rescued.

This bach flower is a mixture of four bach flowers

Rock Rose - promotes courage in the face of emergencies

Clematis - helps find focus and direction

Impatiens - helps the person to be calm and patient

Cherry Plum - helpful in times of panic, to think rationally

and Star of Bethlehem - useful in times of shock, to become more whole and less fragmented

Take 4 drops 4 times a day or more often.  Like all Bach Flowers, they are best taken in water, or directly onto the tongue.
